Joey reads and replies to all messages personally. On working days you’ll typically hear back the same day — often within a few hours. Outside Monday to Saturday 7am–7pm, replies carry over to the next morning.

Joey reads your message, then replies with a couple of short questions if needed or an invitation to speak. If the work is within scope, you’ll get a fixed quote in writing. There’s no chase sequence, no follow-up sales email — just a straight reply and a clear next step.
