Limited Company Accountant
Your limited company accounts, handled properly.
Running a limited company means year-end accounts, Corporation Tax, payroll, and — if you contract — IR35 sitting in the background. Joey handles all of it directly, with a fixed fee agreed before any work starts, and same-day replies seven days a week.
- Your Corporation Tax bill known well before the deadline lands
- Salary and dividend split reviewed each year to keep tax down
- IR35 status explained in plain English, not passed to a junior
- Direct access to your accountant by phone, WhatsApp, or email
No long-term contract. If it is not working after three months, you leave with clean books and nothing owed.

Sound familiar?
Not entirely sure where your company stands?
Most limited company contractors are reasonably on top of invoicing. It is everything around it — what to pay yourself, what the tax bill is going to look like, whether IR35 applies, when the year-end is due — that tends to slide. Usually not through neglect. Usually because the accountant is hard to reach and the question never quite gets answered.
- Year-end accounts left to the last minute because no one flagged the deadline
- Salary and dividend split not reviewed since you first incorporated
- IR35 questions left unanswered because your accountant is hard to reach
What a sorted limited company looks like
Accounts filed on time, tax visible months in advance, and an accountant who picks up the phone. None of this is complicated. It just requires someone who actually follows through.
- Year-end accounts and Corporation Tax filed well ahead of each deadline
- Salary and dividend split reviewed annually so you keep more of what you earn
- IR35 questions answered directly by Joey — same day, in plain English
- Fixed fee agreed in writing before any work starts — no surprises later

Everything your limited company actually needs
One fixed fee covers the compliance work most Ltd company contractors need every year — with advisory access included as standard, not billed separately.
Year-End Accounts and Corporation Tax
Annual accounts prepared and filed at Companies House, Corporation Tax computed and submitted to HMRC. Your bill is known well before it falls due, so there are no cash-flow surprises at year-end. Confirmation Statement filing is included.
Included as standardPayroll, Dividends, and Director Pay
Monthly payroll run, RTI submissions to HMRC, and an annual review of your salary and dividend split. The objective is straightforward: keep your tax liability as low as the rules allow, without overclaiming. Auto-enrolment compliance handled where needed.
Reviewed every yearIR35 and Contractor Compliance
If you contract — inside or outside IR35 — the status needs to be right, and the contract should reflect it. Joey reviews IR35 determinations and works through contract language with you, so you are not left guessing when a new engagement starts.

Why contractors switch to Joey
There is no shortage of accountants who will take on a limited company. The difference is usually in what happens after you sign up.
You deal with Joey, not a junior
Every client — regardless of company size — deals directly with Joey. No ticket system, no being passed to someone who needs to check with someone else. The person who prepared your accounts is the person who answers your question. For contractors, where IR35 advice and payroll decisions are time-sensitive, that matters.
Available 7am to 7pm, six days a week
Most contractors cannot sit down with their accountant between nine and five. Joey is contactable by phone, WhatsApp, or email from 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday — and often Sundays when needed. Questions that come up mid-contract get answered the day they arise, not three days later.
Fixed fee, scoped to your company
The fee is agreed in writing before any work starts, based on the actual size and complexity of your company — not a flat-rate package that charges a one-person contractor the same as a ten-person operation. No hourly billing, no charge for a quick question. You know exactly what accounting costs before you commit.
Up and running in four straightforward steps
Switching accountants sounds like more effort than it is. In practice, there is one form to sign and Joey handles everything else.
Free initial chat
Get in touch by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Joey will ask about your company — turnover, whether you are VAT-registered, payroll, IR35 position — and give you a clear picture of what working together would look like. No pressure, no upsell.
Fixed quote in writing
After the call you will receive a fixed fee in writing, scoped to the actual size and complexity of your company. The quote covers everything discussed — no additional charges later for questions or minor additional work.
Joey handles the switch
One authority form to sign. Joey contacts your previous accountant, retrieves the records, updates HMRC authorisations, and sets up Xero if it is not already in place. You do not need to chase anyone or explain your history twice.
Ongoing — direct access, on your schedule
Your books are kept current, returns filed ahead of each deadline, and your tax position reviewed at least annually. Phone, WhatsApp, or email Joey directly between 7am and 7pm, six days a week. Your Corporation Tax bill is not a surprise — you know it months in advance.
“Joey always delivers a professional and efficient service. Highly recommend to everyone!”
Things limited company contractors usually ask
Do you understand how limited company contracting actually works — IR35, inside and outside engagements, contract reviews?
Yes. Contractors are a core part of the client base. IR35 status reviews, outside-IR35 contract checks, inside-IR35 payroll structuring, and the implications of moving between engagements — these come up regularly and get answered directly by Joey, not looked up and relayed by a junior.
What does a limited company accountant package cost?
The fee depends on the size and complexity of your company — turnover, whether VAT or payroll is in scope, and transaction volume. Everything is agreed in writing before any work starts. There is no hourly billing and no charge for questions during the year. Get in touch and you will have a fixed quote after a short conversation.
My books are in a state and I have not filed on time. Can you still help?
Yes, and this is not unusual. Joey will assess what needs catching up, include any catch-up work in a fixed quote, and deal with HMRC on your behalf where needed. The starting point is a conversation about where things currently stand — no judgement, just a plan.
Is there a long-term contract? What happens if I want to leave?
No long-term contract. If it is not working after a few months, you leave with your books in order, your records transferred, and nothing owed beyond work already completed. HMRC authorisations are updated and your new accountant gets everything they need to carry on.
Can you handle VAT registration and quarterly MTD submissions for my limited company?
Yes. VAT registration, scheme selection — flat rate, cash accounting, standard — and quarterly Making Tax Digital submissions are included where VAT is in scope. If you are approaching the registration threshold, Joey will flag it before you cross it rather than after.
How far in advance will I know what my Corporation Tax bill is going to be?
Typically several months before it falls due. The year-end accounts process includes a tax computation, so the bill is visible and payable before it becomes urgent. For contractors who manage their own cash flow, that lead time is usually the more useful thing about having the accounts done promptly.
